Brian Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 My first concert was Green Day and my mom went and it was an AMAZING experience!!! Its also cool to know that your mom is swearing when singing the songs
John McClane Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Uhhh...no. My mom is awesome and everything but not the type of mom to bring to a GD concert. Or a concert of any kind. It would not be enjoyable for either one of us and I would probably end up ditching her on the floor , besides I always have other people to go with so that wouldn't be a problem for me.
aahhhh Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 i did when i was 10. might as well if you dont have another choice
gdpunkdude Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 NEVER! never in a million years would i go to a green day concert w/my mom. maybe my dad but not my freakish uptight mom. here's why:best case scenario: she is appalled by the smoky environment, is disgusted w/green day's lyrics, and is pissed at the person that stepped on her foot 5 times.worst case scenario: billie takes his pants off and runs around the stage in a g-string after repeatedly calling the audience motherfuckers.
Spark of Insanity Posted June 16, 2009 Posted June 16, 2009 I would never go anywhere like that with my mum, 'cause she's a complete bitch, and anyway her music taste is disgusting. But if it's good for you then a'ight.Yeah, same with my mom. And plus she would never EVER go to a concert with me or anything. But if she ever in a million years would. I would definitely take advantage because its 'Green Day' and I have never seen them and I would rather see them than not see them at all. I wouldn't care if my mother was there.
Ony'92 Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 go with her..why not? ^^wow u will see a Green Day concet(i never saw one cuz' they don't come in Romania even if i want it very much )so go with her
davegrohllover Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Go with you mom you'll still have a blast i mean its a Green day show. You'll have a blast no matter what!
MissDeemented Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 my mom is 62 and she has been with me to a gwar concert and she loved every second of that...except for the whole sodomizing of a fetus puppet. So I think she would handle a GD show.
*_kiwi_* Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 well in november I'm going with my DAD, does it still count?
wilhelm-fink Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 im going with my mum!!she came with me to see my chem as well.it was awsome.
Graysen Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I am going with both my parents but they're in the seats and I'm on the floor with my friends. The first Green Day concert I went to was with my dad, my brother and another friend of mine. It was still a whole lot of fun. =]
acevideogameadict Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I would I just wouldn't be as crazy as normal.
Kekumba Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 As long as you're in seats, I don't see why not. Unless of course, your mom would enjoy being on the floor. I went to Rush with my mom (a bit different considering the ages at the show, and that she got me into Rush), and it felt no different than any other concert I had been to without her.
94th nimrod. Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I'm not sure... If she's sitting in the seats and I'm in the front, YES, why not? But she would never go to a Green Day concert, because she hates them, but my dad
