Ellenkc Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 I never cried when I saw them live, I almost did when it started raining in Marlay Park but it was more overwhelming than anything else but I cried for the first time in months this morning when I found out they played Letterbomb in NY. Now that is a song that would give me an emotional breakdown if I saw it live
BillieJoe21st Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Yes, That one time they play 3 hours away from me!!
BreakdownBrit Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 I've got emotional several times. Couple of times at their gigs, when I first heard 21 Guns, hearing Good Riddence at my friends funeral (I cry every time I hear it now because it wasn't all that long ago), when I've been drunk...or high for that matter... And I bearly ever cry...I mean it, I didn't even cry when I broke my arm. Oh and when my Uncle gave me my Billie Joe Armstrong Les Paul...that was like *SOB* I've never even played it because I play bass mainly, but also because I love the thing too damned much. When we moved I actually refused to have it put on the removal van, it's way too expencive to replace. And I've had it insured...against, like, everything LOL!
Metanoia Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 i get emotional when i look through my photos and videos of the concerts.... aw.
Wet socks traumatize me Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 I thought I was the only one. I always get teary when I hear Good Riddance. Live or not. But this year, I was teary at 21CB. But at Give Me Novacaine, I kinda exploded; this is one of my favourite off AI, I have listened to this song so much, it means A LOT to me. I cried seeing them play this, it was as if they were playing it for me. I cried my eyes out and you can hear me cause I filmed it haha
