emmaILGD! Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I didn't actually cry when they came on stage last night, which suprised me. But I cried before I went into the arena, and when we all sang Wake Me Up When September Ends to Billie, I got a bit emotional.
*Jade_Green_Day* Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 Now, literally.Just heard the audio from 23rd October show and as I missed the last 3 songs, hearing them, especially Time of Your Life, made tears come to my eyes. So gutted I left early, but had to to catch my train. Though hearing TOYL live always wells me up. It's so beautiful.
Metanoia Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 everytime i watch biab and it's over i wish i had been there
nimrod-41 Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 During 21st Century Breakdown in London, I thought I was gonna cry. I could feel my eyes balling up. The band and the songs just mean so much to me. I know it sounds cheesy and pathetic, but I was just so happy to finally see them again.I want too but my parents didn't allow it Slap 'em!
BillieJoeObsesser Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 i always get emotional over Green Day!! every single day they make me who i really am today. they are my life and if there wasnt Green Day there wont me any Nikki.

ANJI Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I was close to crying when Billie Joe was singing Last Night On Earth and Wake Me Up When September Ends at the O2 arena 24th Oct

emmaILGD! Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I was listening to the audio from Saturday's show, and I think it's finally hit me that I've seen Green Day, I cried quite a bit when I heard it actually
greendaygal89 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 when i saw them on saturday at the O2 i was shaking like leaf with excitment but when good riddance started to play i got a bit sad because i knew it was there last song
Mrs. Nobody Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 wow, i always used to deny that i get emotional to GD... put crap just by reading this thread i've got tears in my eyes..maybe i'm just tired (ga)
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I was on the verge of crying when Billie played Wake Me Up When September Ends on my request in Rotterdam Probably the only reason I didn't cry is that I never cry out of happiness, I have all the things that happen when I cry except for the tears xD
Isabel Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I got really teary eyed during 21 Guns which I was really surprised about, actually.
Holly Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I remember crying my eyes out when Green Day played Milton Keynes. I was not there :|I was sat here in my bedroom listening on the radio and taping it, and when wake me up when September ends came on I just cried and cried. Another time when I cried just from hearing their music was when 21st century breakdown came out, and when Viva La Gloria! came on I just thought it sounded so beautiful and I was so so happy and I cried like a little baby. They've probably made me cry a million other times, but only when I've been really upset or mad or happy and the music added to that made me cry.
Radioactive1 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I'm pretty sure I'll cry tomorrow and I am quite an unemotional person. Like I've heard of people dying and I've just been like "meh".I think I'll cry when they come on and when they go off, just because I've built the excitement up within myself for weeks now and I know tomorrow night is just going to be one big adrenaline rush.
colour_me_stupid_ Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Today I was watching 21st Century Breakdown on TV, and I was just like "Well fucking hell, I really fucking saw them for real" and I got teary eyed!Nothing will ever come close to them. They changed me.
Hermione Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 I felt just a tad emotional at the show on Friday
Michi1 Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Last Night On Earth never fails to turn on the waterworks for me. It's such a wonderful, amazing song and something that I connect with very much. It feels especially awesome because not much can bring me to tears.
lovelyrita Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Yesterday I was listening to audio from Berlin's concert and I just started to cry. It was so amazing feeling to be there, in front of BJ, I want it one more time.
