BBC Sessions double LP coming December 10

Dear Green Day,

Please be advised: These songs have been put onto 4 or more collections and never need be added to another one. We know you think these songs define your career, and that's alright, mama.  But when it comes around to These six songs, we are DONE.

She, When I Come Around, Basketcase, Brainstew, Hitching a Ride and Minority.

If you must use one, Hitchin a Ride is still tolerable.  If you must keep all but one, please ditch Brain Stew.  It gives me a brainstew.

Are we going form two factions of fans, Milky VS Bright? Haha, I wish I got the pink and blue as well.

The packaging could have had a bit more, but for a bonus release like this, it's alright.

I think people have been saying it's in a cardboard sleeve. Will photograph mine when it arrives

Just finished this album (been busy with finals, listening while grading LOL), and I love it even more. These versions of Castaway and Prosthetic Head are better than the original album versions. Was that Tre doing the "baaa" in Brain Stew LOL? And I love listening to Billie talk. I am now wondering who the "asshole" is that he refers to at the end of Castaway.

In this version is he saying '' I'm taking speed just for you '' in the last chorus of She or it's still heed ?

I’m pretty sure it’s “speed”. At least it’s what I hear

Yes. He often sang it that way live. Like when he sings WICA live and would often say “I’m a loser, a drug user” instead of “I’m a loser and a user”

Finally got around to listening and it's excellent. This will definitely be (blasting) on in the car Saturday/Sunday for my drive to the parentals for the holidays.

This is International Superhits Live.

Not saying that's a bad thing.   Just saying that's what this is.

It's been great revisiting those songs in that particular order. That Jaded version could be one of the best out there. It's just a big big shame Scattered wasn't included, since it's one of their best songs and represents the band really well.

The Warning cuts are the highlight here (I mean it’s all great but these stand out the most).

I agree they’re my favorite, maybe because we hear songs like Castaway and Church on Sunday so rarely now and they’re brilliant songs done live.

Gott agree that the Warning tracks are the real highlight in this collection, although really enjoying it as a whole. 2000 LYA sounds super punchy!

I know back in the day critic's used to talk about Billie's "nasal" tone but has anyone else noticed how pronounced it is on this version of "Castaway"? Not a criticism, I love it, just couldn’t help but notice it.

American Idiot is their 13th most played with 555 plays.

Jesus of Suburbia, 18th with 490 plays.

Know Your Enemy - 20th most played with 374.

Poor little old Oh Yeah though.    It's only been played 4 times!   It should take the place of She or Longview and be played at every freaking show.   At LEAST until the 50s.

Or some songs from the trilogy they've never played would be pretty cool
