Second favourite son Posted October 5, 2016 Posted October 5, 2016 I got 9 emails in the space of an hour about the same item (my lyric book) being shipped. Each new email had one more 'track your package' code than the last, yet all the codes were identical. On the bright side, I'm clearly not the only one to whom this has happened. On the other hand, I think I could run a better European store from my bedroom. They really need to get their act together. At least my vinyl tracking code works now. I can pinpoint it to... 'Order placed'...

I only got 2 for the vinyl, so the lyric book is definitely the problem.
