The FAQ at their store says that the delivery might take up to 7 days, but damn, I'm impatient! I already have my physical copy, but... hahah.

Why didn't they ship these out before the release day!? UPS Mail Innovations is the worst method of shipping. I hate when companies use it. Their tracking updates are just as slow as USPS

"Oh it's you again, we've been writing a couple of times now. Crazy how you always seem to have problems with your order." This honestly made my day I just noticed it's always the same guy who writes back. I wonder how many emails he has to answer all the time if he's the only guy working in customer service. Right now I'm torn between never contacting them again out of embarrassment or start with "What's up Daniel" next time I do.

Red Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 Finally got my shit. Second time in a row that I have pre-ordered from Warner and received the actual stuff way after the release. At least they sent the digital copy on time though, not that I ever used it because I bought a 3rd copy of the album on release day I'm pretty happy that the lyric book actually has different art and CD-label than the regular version that I bought. The vinyl is beautiful but is it just me or does it feel very smooth? I remember vinyls always having deep grooves in them and this one feels flat, I hope I haven't received a defective item or something. I really need to hurry up and get a record player to try some of my vinyls
