Nah there is a best live act every year . I would rather go to Green Day show over any of the others nominated but MTV have just lot the plot nominating Green Day for this award this year.

Wretched & Divine Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 I vote over and over again until I get tired of it I honestly don't think it's biased to say Green Day is the best live act in the world, as long as you're not comparing them to someone who puts on a huge stage production and pours a lot into the pure performance aspect (Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera come to mind from the times I've seen them). Green Day live is a very raw experience, and it doesn't matter if you're seeing them with 50,000 other people as I did the first time I saw them, because somehow they make everyone feel important and included. Awards based on artistry and whatnot are generally very subjective, but they absolutely deserve every single accolade available for their live aspect.
