I haven't been a memeber before so I'm not sure what this is, but how do you get in to the ACTUAL SITE?

My daughter just messaged me that she just renewed her membership and she instantly received the email with the code. Hopefully it will get caught up soon!

Site load times were pretty atrocious, it took about 3-4 minutes or so to actually have the order go through. I just received my presale code in an email 33 minutes after I got the confirmation mail for joining the Idiot Nation. Possibly a coincidence but just before I got it I logged in to my account and enabled them to send me fan club related emails (not partner emails), which I checked during my sign up but apparently got lost. Now gotta get through the presale website which will surely be another major hassle and then to enjoy me some Green Day . Good luck to other idiots.

The reference number is usually the order number, but give it a shot. The activation code is around six or seven alphanumeric characters and it should specify what it is. If you're still having trouble, DM me your e-mail address and I'll pass it along.

I think they're just getting through lots of them but I was advised (by someone who's now got their code after waiting hours) to email them at memberships@gdidiotnation.com to say I haven't got the code and ask for it just in case, turned out I didn't need to because they were quick with mine but could be worth trying.
