Idiot Nation - how long for details to come through?

I purchased an Idiot Nation membership when I pre-ordered the record and forgot to activate it.  Of course, the second I saw the dates and on-sale info... I activated it today.  Haven't received a presale code, but I e-mailed the info e-mail they have in the confirmation e-mail.

Fingers-crossed!  I'm going to be really, really bummed if I'm not able to get presale tickets because I technically purchased the membership like, two weeks ago!

I had the same problem but I contacted support and they sent me a new code. And another one because the first one they sent me was invalid... 
I don't think you'll make it tbh because it took them a day to reply to me and send me a code. I'd still try though if I were you, maybe they'll reply today or tomorrow morning. Good luck.

Is there anything offered by the Idiot Nation when you purchase the tickets through them? Any sound checks to attend or anything else?

I just signed up and I recieved an e-mail a moment ago and an all but when I log in it says that the page is unavailable.

Don't check here much, but people have let me know there were problems.

I'm the Idiot Nation mod, for those who don't know. I'm aware that it seems a large number of UK members haven't received their pre-sale codes yet. I have made the necessary people aware of that and am waiting to hear back on a solution. As I understand it, the only people who aren't guaranteed a pre-sale code are those who sign up for Idiot Nation after the pre-sales have started (9am local time tomorrow).

If you have been charged and your account/e-mail isn't being recognized, shoot me a message and I will have it looked into. This route might be more effective than e-mailing Customer Service, honestly.

There are pre-sale codes? Like not the code you need for renewing your membership but for ordering tickets?

What technical difficulties? There's an issue with the site not redirecting properly at times, but that can usually be fixed by clearing your cookies or trying another browser. If it's something else, let me know.

Yes, there were unique codes for pre-sales mailed this morning.

As far as I know, we will not be selling the tickets through the actual site, but providing the codes to order them through the ticket sites. There's a lot of stuff going on with the UK sales that I'm currently trying to work through.

What the holy fuck....I cannot access the sign-up page at all. I keep getting 'this page cannot be displayed'. Have we killed it?

Wanted to renew my IN account and preorder Revrad. Everything was going fine, filled out the info and then when I clicked "complete this order" the page froze. Just that one. No email, no payment shows up on my bank account. Does that mean it didn't go through and I should try again?

I had the same thing when I FINALLY got thru. Just stuck in limbo. I have to go out for a bit, but will try again when I get back in.

You should, but I'm currently trying to make them understand that there seems to be a problem with UK codes. But I'm working on it.

Thanks! One other thing, is there just one Idiot Nation presale tomorrow? Or is there also some other one on Thursday for newer joiners as I've seen people saying?
