Overall impression isn't good it seems, if they've released the best songs as singles then it's going to be a really disappointing album :/ Fucking hell, I was expecting such a good album.

So far I'm loving Outlaws, it's so dreamy. I love it.

My notes during my first listening :

1. Somewhere Now: It reminds me Before Lobotomy, a good track.

2. Bang Bang: already known

3. Revolution Radio : already out there

4. Say Goodbye: it reminds me Holiday in the spirit. Preeetty good and catchy!

5. Outlaws: definitely sounds like a Beatles song at the begining. The song is great.

6. Bouncing off the Wall : so caaaaaatchy. One of my favorite so far. Can't wait to play the guitar on it!

7. Still Breathing: already known

8. Young Blood: it reminds me She's a rebel. Super catchy ! The drum is sick!

9. Too Dumb to Die: sounds like a Beatles song at the begining and turns into a kinda Dookie song. Reminds me Sex Drug and Violence. Sounds like a Ramones's song too.

10. Troubled Times: I like the vocal melody and the riff of the chorus.

11. Forever Now: nearly seven minutes of fun and catchy chords. We can hear that the band take pleasure to write this song. Sounds like a The Who song at the end, Quick One.

12. Ordinary World: One of my favorite track. Super sweet and a great way to end the album.

I guess I'll have to wait because every download I find you have to go through a million questions for some stupid offer to get it and I'm not patient for that. I'll just have to be patient for less than 2 wks.   This sucks!

It's new, different, and original. It's not generic like the trilogy. I wouldn't say its terrible. It's just really different.

They really pushed their limits and that's very interesting, not an album you would expect from them.

It's definitely unlike any other Green Day album. I get several Foo Fighters vibes at different points.
