That way I'm hoping to avoid the temptation to skip Bang Bang and Revrad to get to the new stuff faster, and actually listen to the album as a whole for the first time through. Knowing its at home is making me so excited though.

GenXIdiot Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Welcome to the Revolution Radio era. I love the album. I love the sound of it , the lyrics, the singing, the musicianship, just everything. It's not a concept album but there are common threads throughout the lyrics and even melodies that recur, giving it a beautiful arc. Listen to the whole thing a few times front to back, and it gets better every time! Great stuff from Green Day!
WestboundSign! Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Finally had time for my first listen and they didn't disappoint me at all! I truly love the record. Can already feel that some of the songs will truly grow on me with time and each listen, but I do honestly like all of them. Apart from the already known songs (Bang Bang, Revolution Radio, Still Breathing and Ordinary World), Say Goodbye, Outlaws and Forever Now jumped out most for me. Definitely one of their more creative albums. I especially fell in love with the lyrics, so much better than anything on the trilogy.

The master file might be different from the one used for iTunes/the leak/ecc. I'll buy a copy in the next hours, I'll let you know.

There is no "link" per se, just hte download now button. And when I copy and past that URL I just get INVALID LINK. PLEASE TRY THE DOWNLOAD LINK MENTIONED IN THE E-MAIL.
