Some theories on the "I feel like a cello" line I found on Reddit:

1). The cello is a once popular, but now rarely used instrument. Billie sees himself as a relic from a different era.

2). The line is followed by "lost somewhere over the rainbow." Cello is used heavily in the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," so it could be a reference to the song itself. I buy this because he references "Johnny Be Goode" in "Forever Now" as well.

Or a nod to the "cello cello cello cello cello cello cello cello" part in A Quick One haha

I don't understand the hate on BOTW. It's a great song. The only song that is kind of meh is Youngblood. The verses are catchy but the chorus can get annoying with time.

Yeah, I feel exactly the same. BOTW is fun. I don't like Youngblood at all, the title alone is enough to annoy me. I'm not feeling Say Goodbye at all, either. Other than that it's a wonderful album.

I can still listen to Bang Bang on repeat and not get sick of it. One of the strongest on the album.

I think BB is going to be an absolute classic, both live and as a recorded song.

Found out this morning that I had an issue with my Amazon account and my cd wasn't shipped today. I got the problem resolved but now my cd won't arrive until Tuesday. Shit!

well I'm not panicking or something but 0:17 in Germany and album still isn't available in the iTunes Store (pre-ordered) :D

Can we take a moment to appreciate the guitar playing on this record? Just sat down to learn some of it and some of the chord progressions and structures are some of the most interesting Billie has ever written. So much fun, bout 40 minutes until it's on Spotify here I imagine!

Anyways, what version of the album did you guys pre-order? I pre-ordered both, because I'm so fucking cool. B)

Waiting for both my Vinyl and Booklet.

I know this is very off topic but I didn't want to make it it's own thread.  I just want to throw out my thoughts and prayers for those in the GD community who live in Florida where Hurricane Mathew is reeking havoc and will continue to reek havoc for sometime - Just wanna let ya know I hope you are all safe and lots of people are thinking of you.   Mods, sorry for being completely off topic.

Finally had my first listen early this morning. Really enjoyed waiting till release day as the anticipation was like Christmas Eve last night. On the first listen I liked it but there wasn't any big standouts. After a few listens I'm really starting to enjoy it, and I can tell that once I have a few more listens, I think it's going to become a really good album. It's definitely an album that needs some time to grow.

Where is that guy I heard about who said he'd eat the trilogy if that list posted was the actual tracklist from the album?

Also, like the album. Nice to hear actual lyrics, nice change of pace from the trash that came with the trilogy.
