How about like a basket case video, where it was filmed in black and white and it was colorized. Only this time only some of it is colorized

He has had that bass since AI got released, I don't think it is black and white especially for the new album haha

That he didn't come up with that because of the lyric in Holiday?   It's possible that he is using a phrase he likes, as he is known to use a lyrical phrase more than once but I don't think it's grasping at straws at all.

Go figure out how many songs you know that have the phrase "bang bang" in them.  Now that you found one, go find a single band that has used the phrase "bang bang" twice in two different songs.

It might be grasping to say anything about the album because of it, if that's what you're on about but just the lyric itself, i would say is not only possibly a throw to Holiday but almost definitely. 

I will say that I want you to be right.  I'm hoping you are right.  I would love what they described, a fast punk song, but with a bit more musicality and a social link.  Your idea would absolutely fit that bill.  I like the way you think.
