Brooklyn Baby Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 I love AI and 21CBD, but I also really love that raw, punchier sound on their earlier albums. Really, as long as it doesn't feature Tre smashing on the tambourine or whatever the fuck he was doing during the Trilogy, I will be happy.

Although that could be because we tell everyone to post in English, but we have plenty of other members who aren't native English speakers who participate.

Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Well if it's being compared to Kerplunk or 39/Smooth, maybe the new album will sound like Demolicious since Mike Dirnt said that was what the trilogy would sound like in Lookout Records. The trilogy was compared to Dookie but I think that was more because it wasn't a political rock opera, not that the sound was like Dookie. The trilogy is more comparable with Warning or Nimrod
