(and this station popped up) I think you still hit the nail on the head. There aren't really any other viable combinations of "rev" and "rad". Revolution Radio just makes sense for a political album. I think it sounds pretty bad ass.

We were speculating what it means and once I found a country radio station called Revolution Radio. since then it was often speculated it's the album title.
