Is it just me who haven't paid attention, or have they been keeping way more silent leading up to this release than with 21CB and the trilogy?
Seems like a few months ago I heard they were jamming, and now, boom BANG!  - A new era for Green Day is a few hours away, the fourth of which I'll get to experience

This means a lot to me. I have depression and a lot of other issues and about 2-3 years ago i wasnt into music at all, then i started slowly getting into music and Green Day was the first band I ever fell in love with and they helped me through so much bad shit. Since i became a fan in 2013-2014 this is the very first new single since i became a fan so even if this song turns out to be trash ill probably still love it because bias  Im staying up all night for this and am more excited about this than i ever have been about anything before

As a fan who discovered them in 2004 after American Idiot came out, I understand how you feel. I remember when Know Your Enemy was announced. The music video premiered on my 15th birthday on MTV, and it just made my entire week. Green Day has that effect, the ability to help listeners get through tough times. They're more than just music to me.

song premiering at 7 am pst, spotify is advertising a countdown for the new single to some users so it'll probably be available to stream afterwards, there was a 5 second clip of the song that was leaked that's since been removed, mike hyped the single on instagram around midnight pst...i think that's it?

I asked my boss yesterday if I could play the online radio tomorrow at the office and get off for a couple of minutes when the song came and he said yes! I won't be here for the excitement but at least I'll listen to the song when it comes out. Tbh I want GDC excitement almost as much as I want to hear the song but oh well

I don't know of any Italian radio stations that have said they're playing it today.  @Matt. has made a list on GDA (http://www.greendayauthority.com/news/5297/), and you can probably get at least one of those stations on livestream from Italy.
