My guess is that it is djross posting under another username. Just another speculation. He posts in the forums at times. I think he's a DJ in Los Angeles. Maybe he's back to give us info? Anyway, can't wait for 8/11!

Y'know, you would think, wouldn't you? They certainly have the capabilities to go off on they're own. They've even got they're own label! I suppose they're still under contract for god knows how much longer-

Yep, but that was 9 years ago. GD went unconventional and released 21CB on a Friday in 2009. Now Fridays are the industry standard as of July last year.

yea i kinda stopped paying attention to days things come out. I mostly pay attention to the date. and even then most things get leaked so i dont pay attention to the day even more. :/

I think it's highly likely we'll get the album announcement, artwork, and tracklist.  Tour dates, probably not, but I could be wrong.

It did however in 2014/2015 to do Friday's like the rest of the world to try to cut down on leaks

Never said they couldn't go indie as far as I'm aware GD has been doing album by album deal with Warner and so far nothing has been released if they still releasing thru Warner or of this will be a new label that's all

I think the clip is legit. Its fast paced, sounds like old school Green Day without them trying, and the guitar tones is definitely similar to past Green Day albums. It does sound like the version they played live when they were being inducted, and I think it sounds bad ass!!!
