It makes sense that you couldn't use the same name for the same type of purpose like a website/podcast, but could if they were used in totally different ways. However, if Green Day's album is political, I'm sure it could be argued to be somewhat similar.. But I honestly don't think they care either way, and I hope they don't just call the album 'RevRad' .. It's kinda lame to me.
