You would think 8 shows in a row would get boring, but I really loved every single one. It's an adventure... an exhausting one.

I certainly wouldn't think 8 shows in a row would get boring. I'd be in my element!

I don't think they've ever played Uptight live, they should, and maybe they will considering they've only just started playing Stuart & The Ave.

And it's always a long shot, but it would be good to hear Panic Song live since it's not been played live ever.

panic song would be amazing if they ever actually played it live

I can't believe panic song has not been played. I would think that is in the top 5 songs wanted on a setlist from GDC.  I think our chances have risen.

Looking at Tre's video I think you can see bille playing some solos, cuz he's really high up on the neck, I'm quite excited

Has Panic Song really not been played live ever? I'd lose my shit if they played it as an opening song :D

At 21stCB tour, their team added incredibly random explosions / pyro for almost the entire setlist (some of them scared the hell out of me).

Hope they don't have the same idea with Bang Bang, a bomb for each "bang" they lyric possibly have.

I mean, I like these effects but not in the middle of the song for each emphasis chord.

I agree, I thought about this right after they released the title actually, as I have kind of a phobia of loud noises... I'd really appreciate if they didn't do any explosions for Bang Bang :P

I wouldn't read to much into this rehearsal setlist. I remember seeing videos on YouTube that showed them playing Private Ale, Green Day and Warning at soundcheck in Miami (?) in 2009. We all know how often these songs got played.

It's still a good sign though :)

Agreed but this is different to a sound check 😊

They are not going to play an old song for an opener.  They will play something off the new album as an opener.  Panic Song would be a great way to start the encore.

Yeah, an old song for an opener would be a surprise, they normally tend to come later in the set.

I agree that Panic Song would be an awesome way to start the encore, with them starting it offstage and then, when the crowd was loud enough them running on just in time for Billie to sing.  I read somewhere though that Mike can't play it anymore due to his wrists or something - is this true?

What is wrong with Mike's wrist?  I haven't heard that?  If he can't play one song because of wrist issue, I'm sure there are alot of songs that he can't play, so I don't know how believeable that is.

He had carpal tunnel surgery ages ago (around warning time I think).  But as far as I know the surgery was a success, and he's been touring extensively playing long sets without complaint for ages since then.  Plus, panic song's more hard on the right hand, and I'd imagine his surgery was on the left.  While my right hand cramps while playing panic song, I wouldn't expect Mike's to.  It could be that it's a very tiring song to play as part of a long set, but I'd still expect him to be able to do it because, well, it's his job, and he seems to be pretty damn good at it.

If you can play it well, anyone because qualified would be able to do it just as well or better. It's like how much work Tré would have to do. He'd have to put his rocket arms back on again.

I wouldn't mind a Come And Hear Old Shit tour, to be honest.

I have a feeling small short-notice (secret) shows might be for that. If they do them again this time around.

Then they might as well put out an album of standards. Stale

Nah, an album's meant to be new stuff but a tour's whatever they like, just playing songs they haven't done in a while for the fun of it is reasonable enough. And besides, it wouldn't be stale if they haven't been heard live in so long (or at all).
