Chris Durso Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 For me it would be, She, When I come around, and 2000 light years away These three songs make me think about a girl I've known through the years.
straighttohell Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Man Redundant is something else, such a beautiful song, so honest and tragic. You don't hear songs about fading love much, done in a way that feels so bittersweet. Redundant's lyrics SO perfectly match the melody of that song, which the melody itself sounds so sad to me, so much pain in his voice on that one. Beautiful and tragic. A great sort of part 2 to Redundant for me is Church On Sunday, also a sad song about fading love, but on Church On Sunday they're fighting to make it work, despite how hard it's gotten over the years, which is much more hopeful that Redundant. I love Billie's relationship songs that are so brutally honest about his struggles with 80. So beautifully tragic. I feel like he hasn't written one like that in a while, i'm hoping that's because they are doing well.
Knight of Cydonia Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Im surprised nobody mentioned Worry Rock. This is probably my favorite love song. "Promise me no dead end streets And I'll guarantee we'll have the road"
X-Kid_88 Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Well today I'm getting married and my first dance is going to be "When it's Time". I really love that song
