Holy shit, Billie Joe is litterally the perfect candidate to play Charlie Chaplin. Not only is the appearance on point, his natural demeanor just fits the part perfectly. im wierdly really excited for this

I rarely watch the show - I'll tape an episode that has something that rarely intrigues me/an actor that I particularly like (the one with Will Ferrell as Roald Dahl, because I like Will Ferrell and Roald Dahl).  I've participated in actual "drunk history" sessions (inspired by the show) in my History Undergraduate Association (not during official meetings, obviously), which were far more entertaining than the show.

Drunk history doesn't start until October. I really hope we don't have to wait that long.

I didn't say it was their only promotion...but October makes perfect sense seeing as Billie said they were hoping for a fall release. October is like the primary autumn month. I'm guessing that there will be much earlier, more targeted promotion before that and that Drunk History will just be a nice little boost. 

Also, Green Day seems to like September/October releases.

He's the same age as my older son in that video, and yeah, that is really what would entertain him, too.  or dumber stuff than that, even. 

 

Dumb question here, but is Comedy Central a cable TV channel, or is it internet, or what? And what day/what time is it on? I don't want to miss this when it comes on in the Fall, it's going to be so freaking adorable!!!!

Comedy Central is a basic cable channel.  I would check with your cable provider to see if they carry it.  The new season starts in October.  I don't know what time it is on
