Iva Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Thanks for everything, especially Dookie played live for the first time in my hometown, as opposed to all those cool places it could've been played at. No complaints, just stay healthy and keep it up at whatever pace is comfortable for you. And if you ever want to give up, that's fine, too.
UNICORN VOMIT Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 KFAD should never make another setlist But other than that come to Australia

XxXxXxXxX Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 Dear Green Day, I have food poisoning right now and i'm feeling pretty miserable. Would you be willing to cheer me up with a brand new single today?
XxXxXxXxX Posted July 18, 2016 Posted July 18, 2016 You guys should just announce the album tomorrow. First thing in the morning.
UNICORN VOMIT Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Did you guys write extra songs during the recording process due to world events
BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Please don't fuck up. Thanks a lot.

Better than their previous albums. I was worried for a little bit until I realized they will always be green day. In the words of Billie Joe from bullet in a bible between KFAD and shout you just gotta "always look on the bright side of life". great album: kick ass shows with huge croud and lots of great energy shitty album: smaller more intimate shows, better chance to sing Longview, and meet the band

As long as it's a stand alone tour I don't really care this time around because I would say the chances of me seeing them in an intimate venue is less than 1%?

GenXIdiot Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 Dear Green Day and Warner Brothers: Feel free to announce the album anytime now. Thank you!
Maid Meringue Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 Dear Green Day, 21stCB was ahead of its time. The world could have used that album right about now but instead it went under the radar due to whatever horrible marketing/promotions team you had back then. That being said, with all the craziness going on this year, a third social commentary album may just be a bit overkill. Music, especially yours, is diverse in that it has the ability to evoke empathy and self-reflection without playing upon the disasters and crises that are shoved down our throats every day lately. Many musicians this year are heavily relying on this for lyrical content (see: 21 Pilots and Selena Gomez) and exploiting these issues for industry profit. So perhaps making a record that is more personal, and more introspective (as opposed to assessing the state of our global community), could inspire small but meaningful changes within the hearts of your listeners. Obviously the last 2 political/social albums were not enough of a wake-up call. Also, if you could put something together with Bayside, that would be really cool. I dont think their label could afford such an expensive tour, but you guys would be two peas in a pod.
Second favourite son Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Dear Green Day, Please play Still Breathing on TV shows instead of Bang Bang.
stories and songs Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Dear Green Day, This Thanksgiving, wanted to take a moment to say how thankful I am every day to have you in my life. Even if you piss me off by not playing Still Breathing on TV. And not playing Say Goodbye live.
Shahd Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I'd post my message, but I'll sound pathetic...
DeJennsitized Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 Hey Green Day! Play more RevRad songs on the tour pls. Preferably the whole album. And can you make the $20 a year for the Idiot Club a bit more worthwhile? idk how, hire some people who can work that out. Thanks, love you guys!

letsdanceon Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 I have been thinking of what I would want to say to them for 22 years now, and maybe one day I'll get to say thanks in person. I hope, anyway. What I don't mind sharing here though would be to beg them on my hands and knees to let me open their shows by playing rock'n'roll records, especially because their warm-up cd sounds so much like my record collection 😜 I mean, the Pleasure Seekers?! Heck yes. Having a deejay would kinda be a cool way to start things off in my opinion, and I was really impressed they had an all-girl band open for them this last time so why not a girl deejay 🙃

First, I want to disagree with the people that are saying to surprise the crowd every show. I understand, and agree, that I want to hear different songs, but they are not just catering to us. Most of the fans are not as invested as we are and are coming to the show to hear the standards. Sorry, but those type of fans out number us. Also, big shows are staged, all of them and it is difficult to change staged shows on the fly. So, what I would live to see is alot of the hits, because I love them too and most of them are hits for a reason. But mix up where they can. One day do Good Riddance as a closer and the next do Stay the Night Acoustic, one day Start and the Ave, the next Panic Song, etc. And don't give me any of the "I don't care about them shit". The main thing I want to see is a new producer. Rob has been a great producer for them, I just think the working relationship is stale. I don't think he can be objective with them anymore. Also, Billie needs to pull me on stage to sing Nightlife with him. Yes, yes and yes! While I desperately want to hear songs like "Too Much Too Soon", "Walkin' the Dog" or "Heart's Collide", I probably couldn't find a single person in a 50 mile radius of here that has ever even heard of those songs. Lol. A ton of hits and a few surprises works for a concert by any musician. It would be cool if they kept changing producers from here on out. I think that's why RevRad is so freaking awesome. As for Billie letting you sing "Nightlife" with him, good luck. I think that small snippet of "Nuclear Family" is going to be the last of the Trilogy we ever hear live. If I could ask them a question.............. That's always a tough one, because I see the interviews they do and they dodge solid answers to everything. If I were to ask if they are planning any side-projects the answer would be "who knows. maybe. I don't know." I guess I don't have a question for them.
belinda jane Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 dear green day, thanks for always being there when no one else was.
