But would he really cancel something so late in the day and let people down? I would think he must be conscious of cancelling anything after having to cancel so much after iheart, can't see him cancelling something on the actual day unless he ansolutely had to, we know he values the band's reputation for being professional.

At first I thought no biggie, he is still recording.  But, now that I think about it, there is something strange.  This type of thing happens all the time, that someone who is expected to be there has to drop out.  It isn't unheard of.  But, what they normally do is say something about how he is unable to attend because of a last minute schedule change, or something like that.  This they changed to wipe away all traces of him.  This sounds like a Twilight Zone episode.

It's not a green day thing though, it's just something he was doing by himself, I wouldn't  to worry too much

Yes it's weird the way they rewrote the article, even, instead of just adding an addendum that he would be "unable to attend due to etc. ".  Well I wonder what it is because like we said, he wouldn't just randomly cancel, and I hope he's OK and his family is OK

I also hope everything is OK, as funny as it was to think that he forgot his mothers birthday.  However, I know I'm playing with words here, but it says family issue, not family emergency.  So hopefully that is an indication that it is nothing serious.
