That's already happened 3 times. Green Day Uno Dos and Tre

I'm late on this, but the Sweet Children EP was just called Green Day or the Green Day EP

Since I have a feeling  GD likes doing a shit ton of songs on albums to justify waiting 4 years for it, I will assume this will be a 3 hour album with 60+ songs :P

In all seriousness, im expecting 12-15 songs maybe.

Green Day averages 14 songs on a record (whether you count 1039 or the compiled version in the total).......I think 14 or 15 is a good number.  Less than 12 I tend to feel cheated, unless every song is just crazy amazing.   12-13 is alright, but this is Green Day.  We've waited a long time.  We deserve at least 13.

Thirteen is a good number. A lucky number, if you will. Fewer than 12 would be disappointing though.

Didn't say Sweet Children on it anywhere from what I can remember. It did, however, say Green Day on it, and self titled music normally has the name of the band, and doesn't repeat it for the title of the album, which is the same. Maybe I'm overlooking some details here.

It's known as the sweet children EP.  I don't know why you brought this up??? I was talking about Uno Dos and Tre, and my comment was from 2 months ago.

Okay, you're right.   "we" don't deserve a thing.  "I" on the other hand, faithful fan since 1997, deserve 15 tracks and a secret bonus track at the end.   You deserve an EP with two new songs and a bunch of live tracks at the end.  HAHA.        I'm not being serious at all.

GDA posted a video where a contestant, Dalton Rapattoni got compared to Billie Joe. It's pretty neat because I always thought the guy resembled him in a way, not just because of the eyeliner. He's a great singer and musician, you should look up his Phantom of the Opera cover.

They've been on a lot of local stations as well as The Pulse, 90s on 9, Lithium and Pop 2k on Sirius XM. I rarely listen to satellite radio but every time if have recently, they're on.

I know this is old and all, but I've been keeping up with Dalton since the beginning of AI and I think we should petition to have him open for Green Day or play Johnny in the theatrical version of American Idiot. Just suggestions haha

Just saw the video and the news.
F#cking hyped AF.

All these developments are so exciting. The video is definitely on the lines of the short youtube clips that we used to get during the trilogy. It has started guys, and its going to be so good! :D

so many different basses and amps! i have a feeling this is going to be a very eclectic record, or maybe they're just fucking with us. I know I've seen a bass with that style of black body with red and white stripes before but I don't recall what it was. Maybe a gibson, but probably not.

metallica also use different tuning styles/techniques etc to get the best sound out of a song (:

I need an announcement soon or I'll explode from excitement. :runaround: give me an album with ballsy songs, a great lead single which I'll never get annoyed of when it's on the radio, give me a massive list of tour dates, give me press releases, interviews, new photoshootings, new artwork, a creative music video, many of the new album's songs on the world tour's standard setlist, gimme gimme gimme!!!
