Doesn't seem to be one for Green Day, at least in the last three eras. All the lead single videos came out a couple weeks after the song premiered. I think the idea behind that is to get a little bit of a second marketing push for the same song, to try to rejuvenate the song.

Yeah I think how he's dressed is more indicative of current fashion/his current fashion taste. He's not going to start dressing like it's 1994 even if they were writing something with that era's sound . The fact he's dressed up might show the band are up to something but I don't think we can tell anything about the music they're making from it.
