Yeah I know but I think they should pay it more often ^^ And did they actually ever played A Quick One in full? I only saw videos where they only play the beginning

Not sure as GD but as FBHT they have

They played it at Leeds in 2013. There's fuck all good video of it though.

Basically anything off Shenanigans, Uptight, Dirty Rotten Bastards, Too Much Too Soon, all of Insomniac, Misery, Deadbeat Holiday, Reject.

Also I've got a live version of The Grouch and two live versions of Castaway sitting on my hard drive. Audio only and I can't guarantee the quality of the Castaway ones, but I can upload them to Mega if anyone wants. I'm pretty sure the Grouch one was a B-side release.

If I could hear Dirty Rotten Bastards live once, then my life would be closer to completion.

I don't care if they don't play DRB live. It sucks anyways.

Oooooh, I love making lists. Here goes:

All of Shenanigans except three tracks

Which ones ??

You know, I actually like Amy. Somehow I doubt they have played that.

I'd really like to see/hear it as an acoustic encore at one point. The album version's not bad, but I imagine it'd be way better live.

Horseshoes and Handgrenades. Idk if they play it live often, but they didn't the three times I saw them.

They've performed all of 21st 3-4 times

Yeah I the special where they played 21CB all the way through in Oakland, but I was excluding 21CB "entirety" shows.

I also thought there was a song on Bullet In A Bible that sounded similar to Panic Song. It was right before "Ole! Ole, ole ole!"

My list:

Having A Blast

Sassafras Roots

Westbound Sign

86

The Grouch

Misery

Church On Sunday

Macy's Day Parade (I did hear this in Detroit back in 2009 and it was beautiful)

Restless Heart Syndrome

Dirty Rotten Bastards

I don't know why I forgot to include Scattered, Words I Might Have Ate, Redundant and Kill The DJ.

Based on reaction at House of Blues, I really think Stuart and the Ave. and other deeper cuts off Insomniac need to be revisited. Same with Nimrod. I was listening to that CD in full this weekend for the first time in a while, and damn, any of those songs (except Last Ride In, of course) would be a great addition to the setlist. It's quite a shame the only representation of that album is King for a Day, because even Good Riddance has been more or less axed as of late.

Church on Sunday or Blood, Sex & Booze would be great from Warning as upbeat additions. And Whatsername would be a great somber song. If they played it I'd probably combust. Fuck, I'd even like if they delved into some b-sides like Too Much Too Soon, or something off Shenanigans.

Basically their setlists have become stale to me, and although I know fans come to a Green Day show expecting "the hits," I don't see why they couldn't eliminate King for a Day and replace it with 2-3 less-played songs. Even Stay the Night, Rusty James or Missing You would be a welcomed change from 99 Revolutions, and I don't think anyone would notice.

Also, random, but this thread finally inspired me to complete my "Green Day gloating list," which includes the songs I've heard live... :toocool:

• April 18, 2015 — Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction; Cleveland, OH

^ Basically, based on this list, the only (realistic) songs I want to hear before I die are Welcome to Paradise, Going to Pasalacqua, Hitchin' a Ride, Wake Me Up When September Ends, 21 Guns, Missing You, Rusty James, Fuck Time (just for the novelty of it, ha), Stray Heart, Who Wrote Holden Caulfield? and Nice Guys Finish Last. Obviously my unrealistic list is full of many, many others, but I'm not banking on hearing those; they'd just be added bonuses. I feel like I can definitely knock out the rest of these before I die, or before Green Day stops touring (whichever comes first).

Oh yeah, my unrealistic "if I hear this, I'll die" list: 80, Pulling Teeth, Sassafras Roots, FOD, Westbound Sign, The Grouch, Jinx/Haushinka, Church on Sunday, She's a Rebel, Homecoming, Whatsername...

I'd love to hear them do all of Insomniac, mainly to see how they changed up the songs. The palm-muted bit in the last chorus and the additional guitar solo in Stuart And The Ave in Cleveland really gave the song more energy, as if it needed it, so it'd be cool to see what they did with other stuff.

Which ones ??

Suffocate

Don't Wanna Fall in Love

Outsider

I wanna be on TV (played twice)

They played these between 1998 to 2001, according to setlist.fm

Setlist.fm is very unreliable, especially for rare tracks. They definitely played I Want to Be on TV and Outsider, and they teased Desensitized in 2000.

Any of the American Idiot B-sides should be played live (Governator and/or Favourite Son should have been in the album)
