That Dude Posted March 25, 2016 Posted March 25, 2016 Lead and backing vocals, lead and rhythm guitar, bass, drums, percussion, piano, saxophone, string arrangements, conducting, Harmonica, Baseball bat, bongos, tambourine, violin, horns, mandolin, farfisa, accordion, horn, vibraslap and horn arrangements. These are all the instruments the band has used on albums so far. I am personally hoping for more baseball bat and vibraslap myself. Maybe a farfisa solo or three. We've had a lot of guitar, vocals, bass and drums. Those could be weeded out altogether in favor of different sounds. More bongos and accordions. Horn Solos. Mandolin battles and 30 minute string pieces. This is what Green Day's new sound will be.
