This was my favorite new song, I was really hoping it'd be on RevRad :( Looks like it's called "Fever Blisters"

Lyrics:
No one wants to hang out with me
I'm like a social disease
With a mental deficiency

I've got a growth on my ___ my face
It doesn't look infected or ___
But it's bleeding like an open sore
And mama doesn't love me cause I look like a (corpse?)

So
_____ (repulse you?)
________
I have such a fever
Breaking out in blisters
I'm a nervous breakdown
It's my mental shakedown
There's a poison in the well
And I'm drinking it in
And I'm breaking out in blisters
And it's burning my lips and my eyes

As I wonder
Through the city
Like a (reject?)
I'm so pretty

From the live recording I'd heard that as 'And I wonder, do you see me like a mutant, won't stop bleeding'. Whether that's nonsense or not is anyone's guess...

Dunno if this was posted but there's an interview with Fred Armisen in Rolling Stone and he says something nice about BJA :D

You recently shot a movie with Billie Joe Armstrong, Ordinary World.  What did you learn from that experience?

We have the same roots - we played in the same circles in the early Nineties.  He really is the most positive person.  He loves punk rock and loves his family, and he approached doing a movie in a way that was like, "Yeah!"

So the movie is out on DVD tomorrow, right? Do you reckon it will be online too? Sadly it comes out in DECEMBER in Germany, so I'll have to wait until then to buy it :/

Anybody know a streaming site that will have the movie?

I still hope it'll be out on Blu Ray... I only saw DVDs to order on amazon

In one magazine interview he said Ordinary World was totally separate from what he's been through, and I was like "Yeah, I'm gonna veto that opinion."

Review: ‘Ordinary World,’ starring Billie Joe Armstrong

http://www.thegate.ca/film/026618/review-ordinary-world-starring-billie-joe-armstrong/

"the former guitarist and lead singer for a very Green Day-ish rock bank (I really hesitate to say “punk band” despite what all the film’s marketing states) trying to reconcile his past with his new life as a father and husband." <------- Oh, he's one of those :P

I'm glad people are saying Billie was pretty natural in this. I already know it's going to be an average, kinda corny movie (nothing wrong with that honestly), but hearing that he did well after working so hard on it makes me super happy.

Can't wait to watch it tonight on iTunes after streaming the iHeart show. Fun night ahead of me.
