In terms of drumming he's pretty solid, but doesn't do anything your average 14 year old Youtube kid who does a cover every week couldn't do. I suppose you could call some of his cymbal work sorta unique, even if it's not that creative, but no one even notices that unless you're a Green Day obsessed drummer.

I'm not obsessed; but since I don't play any instrument or know all about music, to me someone playing music (and it's good at it ) it's great 'cause it's not easy (for you maybe it is, but apart from what you think--) that music is more special to me because a person I admire, like Billie Joe, Mike and Tré is playing it. Don't know if that makes sense...

Alright, then. Maybe what I said didn't really work the way I wanted but we can agree that there are different opinions for everything So if you wanna know the one and simply reason why he is original, it's because he is Tré Cool. That's fucking why.
