Do you have to have rockband 2 to access the shop on th wii to buy the gd downloads, or can you can get it through the GD Rock band game? Thanks. I'm still trying to get my head around this gaming malarky!! You need Rock Band 2 to access the shop for Gd downloads, and unfortunately i dont have RB2 WHICH SUCKS. You cant get it from GD:RB. Hope that helped.

It was really quiet and not very good quality but it sounded like Billie talking. Anybody know what this is and can hear what's being saiad?

I dont think thats Billie talking, it just sounds like a random person talking on a radio transmitter of some sort. Don't kno why they put it on there though. Maybe it suits the background.

jake smith Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 rock band drums are awful. i just got some ion's and they are about 100000 times better, for a start the foot pedal is actually metal, because i think the rock band one is way to easy to break. just that they cost more than i would have liked to pay....

So far I only got Basket Case and another song 100% on medium >< need to get some on expert soon. My gamertag is Ameanguka and I'm on the 360 if anyone wants to add me

Don't worry, when i got GD:RB i started on Medium, but now i play expert and i've Gold Starred Jesus of Suburbia on guitar. You should be fine!

I've been trying to gold star JoS and Horseshoes and Handgrenades for ages now I always get so pissed off at the end of those songs

The solo Just spent the last half hour trying to beat Whatsername/Last Nigh On Earth/Warning 100% on expert. Always at the very end I have to miss a single fucking note

However easy a song is it's really tricky to not miss one note. It annoys me that on Rock Band you don't necessarily have to get 100% to get gold stars, you just have to get a really high score. I like knowing what I've got 100% on and having the challenge of doing the songs perfectly Speaking of which I still can't gold star Brain Stew/Jaded vocals. In the first verse when it goes "As time ticks by, still I try", WHO can hit the note correctly on the word "I"? Can anyone? I certainly can't. The mystery of why Brain Stew/Jaded is harder to sing than every other song put together continues.

I tried again and again after that, but everytime i got about 20,000 less of the gold star score. That damn solo. Attempting to gold star Jesus of Suburbia again. Not making any progress.

There are a lot of glitches or something and it's making everyone look weird--especially Billie and Tre. At first it started with Billie and Mike both without their arms, then Tre turned his head upside down like he was the old lady from Legion. And Although Billie wears eyeliner his eyes turned all black like he was possessed. It's like the Devil or some demon took over my game!
