Wondering who the Destiny's Child fan in the group is that insisted on the "licious" title.

Billlieyonce obviously.

i wish we could get a cd version of this. Maybe in a year I will be able to afford to start collecting records and buy a record player but until then I would feel left out.

If they're actual new demos, I doubt they'd stay on vinyl for very long. People will be uploading those so damn fast. That's what I'm hoping anyway, because I don't have a turntable either.

Probably right. And I'm sure there are a few people on here that would be nice enough to do that for us, right?

I would do that, yep.

But I still think it will be also available on iTunes, at least :)

Was the Husker Du thing available on iTunes? I don't remember.

One of my coworkers heard a local radio station mentioning this about a week ago

also i would never have guessed Green Day would ever name an album "Demolicious" lol very Beyonce of them . What a career naming their breakout album Dookie (baically shit) and then 20 years later naming an LP- Demolicious sounding like delicious- what a band ;)

They sure do like their puns don't they? I am excited for this.

I actually wish it wouldn't be available to download on iTunes.

I'm not trying to sound like a hipster, but the whole purpose of RSD is to go out and support your local record store! Not to go out and support iTunes! If they were releasing this stuff for ISD (iTunes Store Day), then I would understand

While I'm hoping for studio version of Cigarettes & Valentines, Dreamcatch, and Olivia, I'm also hoping that we get a recording of Oh Girl.

No one is talking about "Oh Girl" , that song was pretty cool too

Sort of. The cover is on iTunes as part of the Green Day Collection, but not as a 7" single paired with the original version.

'And my body's so Demolicious baby!'

I agree, it doesn't need to be digitally available and I would love to go out and support my local stores, but since I don't own a record player I just really want the local record stores to also have CD versions available. Besides, you almost never find shops that are JUST vinyl only nowadays. Even the historic tiny music shops in the Village I go to have a ton of CDs. And cassettes

Would we be able to share the rips as alot of rsd stuff are exclusive to rsd (I know it doesnt always imply to every rsd release but there are certain releases each other that are released only for it) or would it be against?

If it can be shared I can rip it at the studio

And people rsd releases are almost always vinyls no cds (at least in the past) last uear we did get some cassette releases as well but no cd releases

I doubt we'd be able to share the rips here, but they'll be around. What studio are you talking about?

I wouldn't mind them being shared here if they sold out and were not available anywhere online.
