The exclamation mark emphasizes that it's not to be taken seriously. But yeah it's still nice and positive even if it's probably just a tease.

Cause now everyone is freaking out on his instagram,he cannot joke about a tour.. But this means they have a new album soon,right? They cannot do a trilogy tour again. Wait,what if they are doing stuff and nobody knows? Remember what Billie said about making Foreverly? Making records in secret,less pressure etc.. omg so excited!
