That's the only Trilogy reference which still survives in Green Day's online world, as everything else has been taken down for a while now. Definitely not a big deal, but I find it weird. The only reason I could come up with is that "Tré!" is their last album so he's gonna stick with it until the new era officialy begins. Plus he's got a ton of fresh selfies and nice photos that would serve as marvellous profile pictures
