Like any other neutral you can't overpower with it, so that one photo of Billie wearing the leopard print vest is perfect. Here is an article I found that shows how to use leopard print as a neutral. So instead of wearing black as their neutral all the time, they use leopard print as well. Well today I passed James Washburn "brain stew" on the road today. I have seen Billie Joe around. Hey, they are normal people who just happen to play music and are in a band. Lucky for us living here in the bay area, there is no "celebrity" here. I have been a few places and seen both Mike and Billie Joe, and stood in line next to Billie Joe and said Hi and they are just like you and me. They shop and eat out. No big deal. I am not going to go all crazy and ask for pics and new album info.
