Consider the French Revolution and many many other examples throughout history then compare it to right now in Venezuela and the Ukraine which Billie specifically referred to the other day in his other post. I think it's fairly obvious this has absolutely nothing to do with US politics and everything to do with the serious crisis elsewhere.

While I agree none of us can know what he is thinking he is a pretty strong supporter of Obama and that quote basically supports the idea that the government should be afraid of the people rising up against them (likely due to unrest/unhappiness etc) so it makes tonnes of sense in relation to whats going on worldwide right now regardless of who is speaking in Texas.
