I for one haven't seen most of those photos before and the reason I posted any of them is because they had been recently posted as throwback pictures by those who took them. I don't see it as a big deal honestly.

I'm fully aware of the annoying phenomenon of the "duck face" and Billie has given us a pout or two on IG but this photo looks like he's taking the piss or pissed off. Maybe he's just really REALLY terrible at making ridiculous faces and not looking err ridiculous

But he's standing in a group of short people so not too hard to appear tall.
