She is Amanda Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 omg that SNL episode with the pandora radio station. Bruno started impersonating a bunch of artists and he sang basket case. that was actually a really funny skit.
A Basket Case Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Well he might not have channeled Green Day at that part, but I am positive that he played Know Your Enemy's drum beat in his drum solo part. The timing was the exact same! and I'm not a fan of Bruno, but Goddamn the man has talent.

A lot of people in this thread need to realize that not only Green Day exists in the music world and that the band takes a lot of queues from other bands/groups.

robinlovesbillie Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 You're not the only one. I turned to my friend and said, "he's channeling his inner Billie." Bruno Mars did the best "channeling [of] his inner Billie" on SNL!!!!!!!!!!
GreenDayisAmazing Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Alright thanks everyone. When I heard it I instantly thought of Green Day. I thought the same exact thing!
