There will indeed be a live stream, here it is. It says the Live stream starts at "Noon Eastern Time, and "9 am Pacific Time"

They usually live-stream the pre-show stuff, then cut off before the actual event starts.

They used to show backstage stuff during the actual event but not the original broadcast. I don't know if they still do this or not but I highly doubt they'll live-stream the actual show.

If so, you can watch it here: http://www.ustvnow.com/index.php You must sign up to the site and if I remember correctly, you have to say you're from USA. I signed up a long time ago so I don't remember all the steps.
