@Redundantuserjinxboy's post about 8th Avenue Serenade, made me think about that it's just past 10 years since the Trilogy release. Have they matured with age? 

Ain't played them for while so just listened to all 3 again. I believe due to Billie Joe's illness their release wasn't promoted as much as usual? Which affected sales. Or not received as well? Overall underrated.

For me Tre and Uno still have the wow factor, with Dos not quite so, maybe not sure.  And certainly warranted the accompanying album Demolicious with some amazing demo alternatives.

Not sure if he woud switch exactly but I had expected him to do alot more acting anyway.

Yeah I don’t know if it had anything to do with how the film did it was just a little indy film and he got good reviews. I was hoping he’d do more but it may have been more a question of what else was being offered, finding the right project and having the time.

As an amazing quality musician, and singer songwriter, Billie Joe has always been a natural entertainer, always expressed at live shows. I think that came across in his acting role in Ordinary World. The film wasn't well received by the critics, but Frank Scheck of The Hollywood Reporter after its release called it "raggedly enjoyable thanks to the unexpected charms of its leading man."

I really liked the film, a lighthearted story with a happy ending, it was fun, cool.

Yes, I think he would excel as an actor if he wanted to go down that road sometime in the future.

Omg today's heardle is frustrating. I got it in 3. First, the song wasn't an option. After I refreshed it popped up...and said it was wrong. Refreshed one more time on my last try and it FINALLY said I was right.

Here in UK it's the usual Christmas jingles playing in the supermarkets and shops, with Cliff Richard, Slade, Wizzard etc. I've nothing against them. It's just the same old same old every year on a continuous loop, does my fuckin head in.  Still on with the headphones whilst shopping listening to Xmas Time of the Year, quality music.
