 Yeah I know, I'm just kinda feeling the change of season on my mood, they kept me up most of the last year so the thought of not necessarily "seeing" them every day or as often is amplifying that. Pretty irrational but there you go, this brutal love etc. Definitely hoping they'll make use of the break to get the video done!

I really wish they'd do another show anywhere in Europe. I don't think I could make in to Nebraska on a couple days' notice but maybe I could pull off a last minute trip somewhere nearer

So "KFAD/Shout" from BIAB came up on my MP3 player and it took me back to Christmas of that year. I got BIAB as a gift and I remember rushing to my room to watch it after everyone was done opening gifts. It brought so much happiness and glee. I was glued to the screen and trying to soak up every moment. And when KFAD came on, I'd never seen anything like it at the time. And of course, my friend and I would obsess over the infamous "Somebody Fuck Me!" moment.  So listening to the track brought a huge smile to my face.

Is entertaining myself with live footage of shows from the Warning era. I still howl with laughter when Billie shouts STFU at the Bizzare festival and the Goat Island performance

Unfortunately, I'm the only guy around that can play Green Day with the right finesse, articulation and attitude (drums/bass/guitar). And the sad part is, probably many people will claim that Green Day are only about 3-chord songs. You know what? I bet you can't play those songs like me or like GD themselves.

Right now I'm looping J.A.R.- def belongs to my top-5 GD songs ever.

It was a long time ago (2008) so I don't know where it is now, but I remember it . A representative of the band made a thread to tell us about it, it was exciting haha.

Speaking of FBHT...I was just thinking about them. I have a friend who owns a haunted castle in Cleveland. No, really. I know Cleveland seems like the last place you'd expect to find a castle, but life is strange. It has a seedy history shrouded in mystery and has been vacant for many years, until a wealthy European deejay friend purchased it to refurbish. She messaged me today and said to let her know if I wanted to "use" it to book any Halloween events next month. My first thought was, "how do I book a FBHT show in a haunted castle?!" 😛😛 seriously though, that would be amazing, can you imagine?!

If you did this and hubby didn't want to go, I would actually consider divorce.
