Care to explain why Billie is 38 Tom Yorke is 39 etc then...

Because that's the order of the pictures in the slideshow. That's the way it works pretty much anywhere. People aren't looking at the URL to see where their favourite rock star placed in the list. They're looking at the numbers. They aren't going to put that in the URL just expecting people to notice that.

I still say its ordered... otherwise they'd have listed by alphabetical order...

Plus NME has always started with #1 as far as I knew of them why all the sudden would they change it...

That's not always true, but either way, I'm impressed to see him on here. There's a lot of rockstars out there. He kind of single-handedly defined an entire era of rock with 2 albums so I guess I get it. Not to mention being the band that basically started this whole pop punk scene that has changed the entire music industries ways. Pop stars like to have that pop-punk high pitched whiny sort of voice that Green Day started. I guess it just got more bitchy when the real pop-punk bands came out like Blink and Sum 41. I'm glad he's on here. Seems odd that it would be ordered and start with 1, but either way I'm happy just to see him on there as I said. If this is ordered, Robert Plant being so low on this list is completely unacceptably, though. But that's a fit for another day.

So Kayne West is a more definitive rockstar than Jimi Hendrix, if this is ordered. Yeah, absolutely no fucking way this is ordered because if you released something like that I'm pretty sure the magazine would be so piss-poor it would have to pay people to read it. His very presence on this is disturbing, tbh.

For my 4th edit, wow this list is fucking terrible after reading it. Seriously. God awful. Unordered or not. Missing so many huge names. Includes a lot of shitty names that I don't want to see called rock stars. Basically saying that Kanye West is more definitive than John Lennon. K.
