But you are worth it.

Amazon Prime is a service by amazon where you pay a yearly fee. I honeslty don't remember what it is. I think it was about $150 US for the year. But with it, you get alot of benefits. Off the top of my head, I can think of free movie streaming and free 2 day shipping on all orders. I make up my money and then some, every year. So, if I can't find a theater with it, I can stream it to celebrate your birthday.

Then we definitely don't have it.

The problem I have had with Amazon is that they have posted that they will have an item then when I comes time they send an email saying they won't stock it. This happened with Broadway Idiot.

I'm actually really excited to see this! Especially after the "nicer" review on the previous page.

Talking about the movie and some stuff about Billie Joe

Interview: Frank Whaley Soaks Up “Like Sunday Like Rain”

How did Billie Joe Armstrong come about? Other than “American Idiot” on Broadway, it doesn’t seem like he had much experience as an actor.

His first time really, yeah. My casting director had the idea for Billie and that character really evolved with him because prior to casting Billie, the character had been a guy who was kind of scary and dangerous. The [casting director] said what about a musician? I didn’t know Billie Joe Armstrong did acting. I heard about the Broadway thing, but I didn’t know, and he’d done an episode of “Nurse Jackie.” That was really good. I watched that and I thought if he wants to do it, let’s bring him in. It’s funny because he was nervous and the guy has performed in front of hundreds and thousands of people. But he’d never done this.

What happened with the role is because of who Billie is and how he saw it. That’s a testament to his abilities as an actor, even as green as he was, so to speak. I know he’s done another film since, and he’s going to get better and better because he’s serious about it. The interesting thing he did is he took [the role] from this menacing guy and turned him something almost likable in a whiny kind of way. I think it needed that because you’ve got to understand why somebody like Leighton would be with this guy. He’s kind of a lovable puppy dog, but a real dick at the same time. I was really happy to be responsible for his first movie role.

No one can hate a puppy, even if he's a "dick" haha  So I was right for my first impression, he's so lovely you can't really think he's an asshole, actually (and dumping him? WRONG).

loveable puppy but a real dick is how I imagine him :)

I just looked and the closest the movie is playing to me is 1 1/2 hours away. I guess I'm waiting for April 21.

You won't even fly 24 hours to come to the rock hall. Now who's the bad fan now. ;)

Hey everybody! The time has finally come! Like Sunday, Like Rain opens tomorrow. I'm so excited to share with all of you this beautiful and heartwarming story. I know you will find it as moving and lovely a journey as I do. Leighton Meester gives a captivating performance. Debra Messing is absolutely brilliant. Billie Joe Armstrong is a revelation in his first feature acting role. And I'm so proud to introduce Julian Shatkin who gives a simply remarkable performance in this film. -Frank Whaley

At 9:44 asked about Billie Joe

That was a really odd interview. I'm sure he was joking about Billie being drunk and wanting Bruce Springsteen, but he didn't sound like he was joking. The interviewer didn't even laugh.

Saw it last night. Not a whole lot of BJA, maybe four or five scenes at most, and most in the trailer already. But still, a wonderful movie that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Dry sense of humour. You never can tell whether this guy is serious or not. :)

and that's not even factoring in Billy Joe Armstrong, whose performance as Eleanor's callous musician boyfriend is as whiny and grating as [insert any Green Day song title].

Ouch , even spelled the name wrong to add insult to injury.
