lizziebix Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 someone posted this on the last page: so it looks like we'll at least have a stream. bbc america isn't showing any of it on tv.Thank you, Hannah! Knew you'd know!!
JIGD13 Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 I wanted to see if the link worked right now and it asked me for a TV License at it seems that you need to pay for it but then I closed it and now the stream doesn't work http://www.bbc.co.uk/tv/bbcthree/live
Tubbie Head Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Thank you, Hannah! Knew you'd know!! You can also watch it from here. http://www.filmon.com/tv/cbbcbbc-three I'm so excited, this is not only going to make my day and week but also the whole month.

Tubbie Head Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Thanks. It'll be interesting to see which will work best! Can't wait for Friday now! You're welcome! Apparently the one from the official site doesn't work for non-UK residents, so this might be the only option. But yeah, It'd be nice to have more so that we can choose the best one.
Lady Kobra Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Anyone who's not in the UK, you'll need a VPN connection. The BBC have a certain security program that only allows UK ip-addresses on their iPlayer.
WestboundSign! Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 It's part of a standard channel package so they will have it I'm sure. Thank you for the information, sounds good to me!
Mar Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 You're welcome! Apparently the one from the official site doesn't work for non-UK residents, so this might be the only option. But yeah, It'd be nice to have more so that we can choose the best one. That's what I figured would happen; it's why I can't watch Channel 4 stuff.
ThranaM Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 You can watch it on FilmOn in HD it looks like: http://www.filmon.com/tv/cbbcbbc-three And, you can still watch it on BBC Three without a license (I think) http://www.bbc.co.uk/tv/bbcthree/live
tvrman Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 I wish BBC three had a HD channel...from Jan 2014, too late for this.
whatsername 21 Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 i hope someone will upload this on youtube?!
Karl Karlson Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 i hope someone will upload this on youtube?! It WILL be on GreenDayTorrent, rutracker.org, in the GDC download section and of course on YouTube (there will be several videos of the whole show)
Cath Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 sorry if my question has been answer but if i'm from canada how can i watch the show live? is there a siteweb?
Karl Karlson Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 sorry if my question has been answer but if i'm from canada how can i watch the show live? is there a siteweb? ThranaM posted many links to "sitewebs", and I'm sure that at least one of those sites will be able to air the concert live
ThranaM Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 ThranaM posted many links to "sitewebs", and I'm sure that at least one of those sites will be able to air the concert live Filmon works fine for me. BBC Three is a bit confusing
NaughtyHellGod Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 I am not getting excited until friday when green day come on stage in my tv.
Cath Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 http://www.filmon.com/tv/cbbcbbc-three this should work for all of us not in the uk if the other link doesn't it'll still be live. thanks but the link doesn't open. nothing appears forget it thanks
Tubbie Head Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 NO. Each year the program title is xxx or xxx and xxx at Reading, but the program includes various bands and very rarely (never in my experience) a full set. Full set = great, obviously, but do not expect it. But why did they say Green Day (only) 150 min... While Frank Turner and Bastille are scheduled together for 60 min?
tvrman Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 But why did they say Green Day (only) 150 min... While Frank Turner and Bastille are scheduled together for 60 min? because that is what BBC often do; program title is headline act only but you end up with a show that includes the headline act mixed in with other highlights. We will not know until friday.
Tubbie Head Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 because that is what BBC often do; program title is headline act only but you end up with a show that includes the headline act mixed in with other highlights. We will not know until friday. Oh ok, that's sad!
musso_kn Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Oh ok, that's sad! No need to be sad or happy at the moment, just be hopeful that they broadcast the whole show, but expect that they don't.
Tubbie Head Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 No need to be sad or happy at the moment, just be hopeful that they broadcast the whole show, but expect that they don't. Yes of course. Hope is the last one to die (also join us on the Brixton show thread, it's happening right now)
