YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS

Let's hope they don't cancel it last minute

Do you mean BBC cancelling their coverage or Green Day canceling their performance altogether? BBC always show good highlights for festivals and I doubt Green Day will pull out unless there's a major crisis anyway. :P

I mean GD's management not allowing it. Do we know for sure if BBC got permission directly from the band?

I'm pretty sure! The BBC covered Green Day's secret set at Reading last year so there's no reason why their management wouldn't let them film again. It's definitely happening. ;)

MCR etc. got cut a bit

Too bad they don't play X-Kid at festivals

I really hope they will show their whole set, I want to finally have a professional recording of Brutal Love! I love that song so much.

Cant wait! Maybe they'll play Dirty Rotten Bastards doubt it tho.

If it actually turns out to be all of this broadcasted, we can just dream about a live dvd from this tour. Just sayin'

2005 they let MTV broadcast their Rock am Ring gig, the same year the band released "Bullet in a Bible" with a ton of footage from the Milton Keynes gigs.

and this year the showed even more from rock am ring, and if they show all of the reading/leeds stuff they won't be giving out a dvd. Have in mind that the trilogy didn't sell good at all

Can I watch it online?

Do you need to be signed in/have a subscription to watch?

No but it will warn you that you should be paying a british tv license. Technically it isn't legal. But it will just say 'Are you paying a tv license: Yes or No' so its no biggie. As long as you don't mind break the law for a little while.

That's the only way to watch it live? :/

I go to Reading every year and completely mong out to the coverage when I get home! They'll definitely have the whole set. The Cure headline set last year was 2 and a half hours long and that was shown in its entirety on BBC Three.

But it depends on Green Day. They and their management decide what will be shown at the end.

It's like the Rock am Ring. They didn't want to show the whole set, not EinsPlus, MTV or whatever.

I hope the audio will end up in our download section :D

In 2005 Green Day did not allow there Rock Am Ring performance to be aired. They allowed just 4 songs. American idiot, holiday, basket case and bobd. The full performance was not released till 2009. I would love the full thing to be on tv but ill only believe it when I see it.
