beejeezee Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Probably, it's Billie fucking Joe. Idiotclub's gonna milk the shit out of him. Save a cow, milk a Billie.
Florence Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Probably, it's Billie fucking Joe. Idiotclub's gonna milk the shit out of him. I won't make any innuendos sorry not sorry I hope there will be at least 3 parts.
whatsername Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 That was amazing! Could not of been any better, in my opinion. Wow...
belinda jane Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 that was SO hilarious. i actually was giggling the whole time. i loved the way they did that. so good!
Annie, get your gun Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Was that Tré with the piggy mask? I think I saw big tattoos on both arms... EDIT: It is him Duh! they mention him at the end!
itz_brittany87 Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Who knew that Jeff and Jason were funny! Jason had me rolling with the sound effects that was funny. Did anyone hear that Billie named one of his guitars Rick James? Awesome stuff!
moonflower93 Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 i was like Freese GTFO, with dem sound effects. I love Jason Freese.
Dirntbag Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Might not've been clear, but not posting the interview here includes not posting links to sites containing parts of the interview. We can't have any links to exclusive Idiot Nation content on here. Okay, sorry about that.
Billy Spleen Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Did anyone hear that Billie named one of his guitars Rick James? Awesome stuff! Yup, Billie's Rickenbacker 360 guitar
spark in the night Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 well that was totally adorable. I wish one of my questions was picked. GAME OF THRONES This Jeff Matika show looks like it has a promising future. I hope to see more episodes! I loved the title sequence...little Brix!
Annie, get your gun Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 They're saving the good questions for last ...I hope
Sanity Loan Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 This is absolutely horrendous. I understand the guys want to have some fun and they probably don't care about Idiot Nation, but come on. I expected more, especially from Billie Joe's interview. Questions such as "Do you name your guitars?" are ridiculous. Everyone knows the answer to that one.Tre's Q&A was even worse. Is Mike the only serious one?

Is Mike the only serious one? To be fair I think Billie Joe answered every question seriously... they were just shitty questions. If he had been asked better questions I think he would have answered them. He wasn't cracking jokes or goofing around much (but he also seemed tired). It's not like when people tried to ask Tre good questions and he just straight up didn't answer them.
The Forgotten Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 BREAKING NEWS: BILLIE-JOE ANNOUNCED HE HAS A GUITAR NAMED BLUE.
Heather. Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Well, we did learn he calls the one he smashed at iHeart Radio... Smash I guess there's a chance he called it that beforehand since he's referenced the TV show before...

Batgirl Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I don't see what's wrong with not being serious about every fucking thing. I enjoyed it, had some laughs, and they seemed to have fun as well. No need to be uptight about everything. This was just part one, maybe it gets more serious, calm down.
Annie, get your gun Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I love when he says "I drink a lot of wateeeeeer"

When this is the only moment of direct band-fan interaction, it would be nice to have something that seems like they're genuinely interested in interacting with us and not just messing around.
Heather. Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 When this is the only moment of direct band-fan interaction, it would be nice to have something that seems like they're genuinely interested in interacting with us and not just messing around. I think they have a misguided perception of what fans want from them though. They're campy on stage, and from their perspective we eat that shit up, so it doesn't surprise me that they would do the same in exclusive interviews in an attempt to continue to entertain us and make us laugh... because we've led them to believe that that's what we want out of Green Day. And they might not be wrong... a lot of us would love a good proper interview, but maybe a greater majority want them to put out random shit like this and save the real stuff for Rolling Stone. As they say in academia, we really need to open up a dialogue about all this
Florence Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Damn. Why did I ask so serious questions? (except the Billie potty gif)
Jon Benjamin Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 He says something about starting off with a light question and says how's sobriety going..
