I've just read the last few pages of the Kat Von D eyeliner thread and people are talking about shirtless Billie, so I just have to bring the conversation here.

I would really really love to see that gorgeous body of his sometime soon. He rarely seems to show much skin these days. I think the closest we've got to shirtless Billie this era is BillnTed's Troubled Times video (which I'm still fangirling over btw, because he looks sooooo damn good in it), but you can barely see his cute lil nipples in that. I really hope he doesn't feel uncomfortable/feel like he has to cover up just because he's getting older.

He's never really gone shirtless much though, not since he was a teenager anyway. But he's shown he doesn't mind his body being seen on plenty of occasions and when it's called for (eg on Broadway) he takes it off. Just not his style (most of the time) to be shirtless I think. Unfortunately

I plead guilty for the shirtless conversation that happenned in the eyeliner thread. It started because of my post in which has a pic of Sid and Nancy and Sid Vicious was shirtless. 

Anyway, I hope he doesn't feel uncomfortable with his body. For a 45 years old man, he is in shape. And don't forget we did have a video of Billie running with only his red undies on.

Didn't we suggest last summer to ask Jeff to cut all Billie's shirts into pieces so he will need to go shirtless on stage?

Last year I created a thread which was called your favourite GD moments of 2016 and I plan to create a similar thread this year. However, so much has happened this year I'm having difficulty remembering it all! I think I will need to create a list otherwise I might forget something obvious 

This list will include: my 1st gig, the whole tour, muppet puppets, Instagram/Facebook lives, Billies window picture, the homemade Troubled Times video, and GD generally being so happy and smiley during the tour and embracing each other during gigs. God, it's so hard to remember everything. I've loved this era so much

And if Billie really wasn't comfortable with his body, I'm sure we fangirls could give him plenty of reasons to be confident again, given he doesn't find it creepy that there are people analyzing every inch of it

You really get used to the sensation very quickly. It’s not a constant pain, just a constant vibration that will occasionally hit a sensitive spot and feel sharp. I was able to relax through most of it. I listened to American Idiot and imagined Billie holding my hand. ☺️

You are right, they were obviously not a good fit and yes, surely the man can get better fitting clothes but it keeps us watching closely!  Stampede for the job of holding up BJ’s jeans, or not.......me, me, me...  

Hoping for some shirtless action again in SA, I agree he's in great shape but is getting that little “over 40 now” tummy, not sure how Mike keeps his at bay, hard work at the gym I guess. We will need to pay attention for Jeff getting bored when the tour starts up again and tweet him about cutting the sleeves off someone’s shirts

I've just been binge watching loads of live GD performances from 2013. Those shows were so beautiful. I feel like that era gets overshadowed by Billie's rehab, but the trilogy tour was one of their best imo - almost as good as the RevRad tour. I loved how they took requests pretty often. And how they had Brutal Love on the setlist, especially at Reading 2013. That whole tour was so amazing.

And considering that the shows were just after rehab, Billie looked wonderful - he performed so well, and he seemed pretty happy and healthy. I'm so proud of him. And I'm so glad he made a good recovery. He's so strong.

Oh, and the other thing that I love about the trilogy tour: BILLIE IN T-SHIRTS.

Some people (especially men), whatever age they come to, never get a noticeable tummy even without working out. I could figure Mike being one of them, while I could also see him work at the gym. I find him also slightly larger than during the trilogy era, plausibly thanks to working out.

As for Billie, he has kept varying through the RevRad tour. During GMA on May, he had lost some belly:
