They look like a fucking boyband, but especially Mike looks like he just jumped out of a Backstreet Boys music video or something.

That's my case. I have glasses, but I don't wear them most of the time. I mostly just need them to read in far away and to drive. Billie seems to have the same problem. He doesn't wear them all the time. And if they were just for close reading, he wouldn't be walking around wearing them without hurting himself somewhere. Also, I remember last August that I did mention that I was sure he had eye contacts on in one of his Instagram live. I don't have time to check that again. But you can tell when somebody has eye contacts on when the eyes look like googly (I don't know if it is the right word to use) and the pupil is anormaly large.

I wonder why he is now in Oakland if he has asthma. The wildfire started last sunday. So, he might have left NYC before sunday. But it would be a good idea for him to go back to NYC (or whatever place far away from the ashes) for his health. On the other hand, I'm sure he wants to stay with his friends, family and community to help as much as he can.

Any type of surgery has risks, none are 100% safe. However, cataract surgery has a 98% success rate. Unfortunately, it sounds like your grandfather was in the 2% range.

Joey’s (SWMRS) European tour is ending and he’d be coming back home this week so maybe they wanted to be back to see him before he heads off again. Also they might want to be around to help and check on friends/family as said. And he needs to be at Otis to record demos! 

But despite the devastation in NoCal (and I’ve been watching videos and it’s horrific), we should feel a bit better now that over the last 24 hours everyone has checked in: Tre and Sara are in Mexico on an anniversary trip, Mike is celebrating Brixton’s birthday with his family, and poor Billie is breathing in smoke and ash in Oakland being the charitable good samaritan and pedestrian that he is. 🙂 Maybe they are slowly waking up from hibernation.

i know it's really bad, but I was so taken with Billie's haircut, bandana, stubble and overall loveliness that I have had to watch this quite a few times - and then I thought, what roof is he on, Otis or Broken Guitars!  

I hadn’t even realised he was on a roof , think I was too busy looking at face/lips/hair. I’m gonna have to go back and rewatch

Green Day saved me that’s for sure, and I bet it’s the most common thing they hear from fans. It’s too perfect not to use.

In addition to it being hilarious the fact that they're going for that whole concept just shows how much they appreciate their fans. I'm sure haters/casuals could see it as self-absorbed but it's so true

They might also think it’s new but the priest dress up shoot was years ago and Tre mentions being God’s favorite band back in BIAB. This is just them putting it all together as a concept that was begging to be done. It’s brilliant. I’m glad they love it because I always have. Could have been a fun concept for a new original album too. I wonder what they’ll come up with next. I miss their irreverent humor I’d like to see it back.

That photo shoot with the dog collars has always been one of my favourites, just love it and they all look so good in it.  Brilliant concept, as you say, just waiting for someone to run with it.
