Niënor Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 It took me several listens to enjoy Foreverly. Can't deny that he sounds amazing.
Niënor Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Thank you to whoever posted a while back about the Etsy "Blue" guitar pin. I just got mine in the mail and I love It! ❤

I first listened to Foreverly a few months ago, and I was immediately won over by the music and Billie's voice (and Norah's too ). I had never listened to that kind of music before, and haven't gone looking for anything else of that type since, still it's funnily through Billie that I discovered country music! The same way I've started looking on a few artists / bands, more or less well-known, only by hanging on GDC (which I joined as an already die hard Green Day fan while having a rather poor musical culture in general, even though I've studied music young; I'd never got into stuff people of my generation, or people around me listen to, with a few exceptions.) I listened to Foreverly again a little time ago, when someone talked about it here; I briefly fell in a real chump mood towards Norah you may remember , but the live videos of the Bowery Electric performance renewed my interest for the album; I went crazy for a few songs, bought the CD and put it on my walkman as I did for the Green Day albums. Sometimes I just want to listen to it, pretty much the same way as for a Green Day (or GD-related) album. And some of the songs I would like to learn to play on guitar right next to Green Day songs. So yeah, that album was a success on me As for Norah, I watched an interview where she and Billie were discussing the album; I wasn't particularly enchanted by her, but I felt better after getting to know a little bit more about her instead of staying in prey to some sort of absurd jealousy. Which has been successfully cleared . 50 minutes ago, Scattered Wreck said: But, I think we can all appreciate the fact that it brought us this look And his look at the live performance in 2015:

Running with shears Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I've been dying from the crud so I'm late to this party... On 9/29/2017 at 8:12 AM, herewegoagain said: Wow. Wishing I had been rude now (okay not really but good call whoever it was that suggested it) I suggested it but I don't know if I was the only one. Quote But it isn't everyone else in this threads favorite hobby. We had one* of those already and it sucked. There was a party when they* were banished. This is Fangirls Confessions not Upopular Opinions and what you are doing here is definitely not fangirling. (*Was that you?)

Welcome back I don't know if there is actually a chiny Billie picture contest , but after seeing this one I wish there were: Spoiler
The Ghost Dancer Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 A day without Billie's chins is a wasted day
BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I didn't want to get out of bed today because I thought there was nothing nice ahead of me. How little did I know. I just needed to see this picture.
The Bellie Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I really love the work of this artist #comeasur731 on Instagram. I found this among his earlier work: It's really too cute

I only listen to Foreverly around Christmas, I don't know why, it's my thing since it came out. So it's not too long till I will listen to it again It's usually absolutely not my kind of music and I'm not the biggest Norah Jones fan, but the two of them sound beautiful. Spekaing of Billie's beautiful voice, I re-listened to "The Saints Are Coming" with U2 yesterday for the first time in a while and Billie sounds SO great in that song. Especially the House of the Rising Sun-part

BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I hate U2, but Saints are ok. Billie does sound good in it. Edit: I guess some of you might like this. Context: the fan forgot lyrics to Longview
BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 I am seriously fangirling about this
pouty bitch Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Billie's skin looks so good in that pic - he's practically glowing. And blonde. Also, I don't think I've ever said this, but I love his little ears.
