I just watched all the videos they uploaded and now I'm sitting here on the verge of tears just thinking about how I'm not gonna see them again on this tour! Thankful I got to see them twice this year but right now I'm feeling so desperate for more. Anyway, great videos and I can't believe what an amazing song Forever Now is. 30 years in and they release one of their best songs ever, just WOW.

I've seen then 3 times this year and am as desperate as you! The current tour has been so great. When will they be touring again after that?

Wow, the quality is awesome. I hate people blocking the front row and just taking videos instead of singing and dancing with the band, but on the other hand, I'm happy that there are always people who do it. We don't get anything from the band itself, so this is our only chance to get some footage at all...

..and now Forever Now started playing on "the spotify". UGH I NEED ANOTHER GREEN DAY SHOW NOW  I'm so scared they'll stop playing this song on future tours. Hopefully not though since they all said it is their current favourite song to play. Also I saw this the other day on "the billiejoearmstrong" aka Instagram and I couldn't agree more:

As I was trying (and failing) to get some sleep last night, it suddenly hit me just how much I love this fucking band.

I've never really been a 'fan' of anything before. I've always loved music, but I've never really spent much time/money on particular artists... until Green Day came into my life. I'm just so happy that I became a fan in time for RevRad era. It's probably their best era and it's been so amazing to witness it as it's happening.

However, I'm so upset that I didn't get the chance to go to any of their shows this tour. That video of Forever Now in Oakland is possibly their best live performance I've ever seen. Obviously, they were going to put everything they had into that show because it's their hometown, so it's extremely important to them. But then again, they put everything they have into every show because they're just amazing performers - the Oakland one just seemed really special.

I feel like there's always gonna be something at the back of my mind telling me that their next tour won't be as good as this one, so I'll be panicking that I missed out. All I can do is hope that their future tours will be as good as this one, if not better.

I'm more or less the same, I've obsessed over bands before but nothing beats the community that surrounds Green Day. This tour does feel really special but I don't have a doubt in my mind that they'll continue to pour their heart and soul into whatever comes next. Guess it's easy for me to say to have been lucky to catch them, but at least you're around to witness it second hand.

Don't worry. Maybe one day Billie won't be able to run around stage like a maniac like he does now (although - Mick Jagger still does and he is quite a bit older). They are one of the best live bands out there, it's just in their blood. As long as they love what they do, their shows will always be great.

Worst thing about being on GDC at work is that almost none of the images load for me because the source websites are blocked  Love me some aesthetically pleasing Billie. And the not so aesthetically pleasing ones too  I love that both get fangirled about in here.

I think there's something to be said about finding Billie (and Mike and Tre) more attractive because we "know" them (not really of course, but like, we know more about them than other people in the public eye) - I mean, I can't imagine finding much to discuss about someone else who's on the same level of attractiveness, or laughing at their derpy pics  It's because it's them.

(Possibly preaching to the converted here, lmao)

Much as Billie commands the stage and the crowd, sometimes I just can't take my eyes off Mike - when he's not rocking out hardcore, he's making silly faces and pointing and acknowledging people in the crowd which is the cutest thing ever.
