I don't know, with Billie's history I think it's just disrespectful to assume he's high based on some things that you're seeing, which I think can easily be explained by other things. He really doesn't appear to be high to me at all. If he did I would be concerned & express that. It's just like when he posted the nude window pic everyone assumed he was wasted, and a fan who was with him and saw him post it attested to him being perfectly sober. And there was really no solid reason to think otherwise. I just don't think those accusations should he thrown around lightly. End of rant.

Clarification: The fan was not with him when he was naked, just when he posted the pic

Weed isn't bad though, so why is it bad to assume the man is enjoying some pot?

It's basic observation. Shows end at 10:30pm to close to 11pm. The guys themselves wouldn't leave the venues until 12am to 1am, I know this because I waited after 6 shows to meet them. So if Billie was sleeping straight after they got on the buses that wouldn't be until about 1am at the least. As someone who has struggled with insomnia and sleep disorders for a long time, I know how easy it is to fuck your sleep schedule up and how hard it is to fix. I doubt Billie would have been able to fix his sleep schedule in 2 weeks, so he's probably still on his tour schedule.

Fair point, I don't think weed is bad if used in moderation. Billie admits that at one time he was a very heavy user of it and that it really affected his life negatively, and also in the Bill Maher interview about 8 years ago he said he had pretty much given it up, so he must have felt it was somewhat problematic for him. I think for an addict, it's probably recommended that they stay off all substances as it's a slippery slope for them. Also, it's just the point that he doesn't seem high to me in the livestream.

The fact is that you don't know. Maybe he went to bed late the day before and got up early and that is why he didn't go to the movie. Maybe his eyes were bothering him from the sun all day. Maybe his glasses are the wrong prescription. Maybe he was smoking weed. You don't know anymore than the rest of us know.

I haven't blatantly attacked anyone and told them to leave. I have called out specific people for shitty things I have seen and heard of them doing, like that girl Dawn who lied about having a chronic illness to get backstage once.

That sounds like the funnest way to spend a night, IMO.

 

This whole thing is quite amusing, but honestly if you don't think Billie still uses occasionally, you are a tiny bit deluded.

I don't think so. For most addicts/alcoholics there's no such thing as occasional use, it's the nature of the disease that they can't control it, so they have to abstain completely. There may be some that can go back to moderation successfully post rehab but I imagine that's rare.  I agree we can't really know, but it's just not typically possible for someone with a real abuse history.

Billie's eye shape makes his eyes look droopy/tired/squinty VERY often. I know because I have a similar eye shape (deep-set eyes that are slanted a little bit down on the ends) and look high/exhausted as hell sometimes. 

I worry about Billie at even the slightest sign of trouble because I'm just an anxious person (lol), and saw zero wrong with his video. It was sweet. He was chilling on a Monday night waiting for his family to come home. Nothing scandalous as far as I can tell.

I think his eyes looked the way they did because he had the phone camera down lower so he was looking down while reading the conments and trying to figure it out. That's why he had that droopy/sleepy eyed look.
